Dr. Madorsky is by far my favorite doctor. He is kind, caring and extremely talented. He knows what questions to ask to get you the results you are looking for. I went in asking for a nose job, but he recommended a different procedure. A procedure I hadn’t heard of. Of course I went with his recommendation and I love the results. It’s exactly what I was hoping for. Added bonus, Dr. Madorsky has a wonderful sense of humor! I look forward to seeing him for more improvements from here on out.

I was referred to Dr. Madorsky for a scar and dermatology consultation. I’m not exaggerating when I say the entire experience end to end was one of the best experiences I’ve had with any healthcare professional in the US, from scheduling to seeing his PAs to following up. While I only expected a quick consultation, Dr. Madorsky was so thorough in reviewing my history and talked me through potential treatment options, including explaining WHY and HOW they work, so I can make informed choices when choosing treatment combos even outside of his office. I’m the type to try to be involved in my health journey, so I really appreciate that he empowers patients to gain control of their health rather than just prescribing this and that without explanation. He sent me off with new knowledge + a new injection done in office (2 days later: the product seems to work better than what I’ve been trying for 2 years, as he thought) + prescription for something promising I haven’t tried yet + a baseline treatment plan printed out. He showed such care and skill in doing this simple injection procedure, so I have full confidence that his surgery patients also feel well taken care of over the weeks they must be with him. I got more value, information and hope from 1 hour with him than I have in my last 5 visits to other doctors and independent research combined. And can we stop to appreciate that he spent nearly an hour in a new patient consultation?! I would recommend Dr. Madorsky for any surgeries or cosmetic / medical dermatology needs, or anything else his office offers, especially if you’ve been through many other doctors who just give you 10 minutes and the same generic treatment recommendations. His office even called to remind me of follow ups. Thanks Dr. Madorsky and team, I’ll definitely be back!

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Aronson! My appointment with him was probably the best experience I’ve had with a doctor – ever! He took the time to hear my concerns, understand what treatments I had already tried, explain all of my options, and thoroughly detail all the pros and cons of each option. I didn’t feel rushed, I felt well informed, and I left my appointment feeling optimistic with my care plan. He even took the time to introduce me to the PA in case I needed a follow up appointment while he was out of town. The level of care and support he provided was excellent and I am glad to have such a knowledgable doctor on my care team. Highly recommend!
Always professional and thorough…I’ve had several bothersome benign and malignant lesions removed with amazing cosmetic results…doesn’t over treat… my number 1 referral dermatologist for 35 years while I was in practice and my own personal dermatologist..will be a sad day for me and my former patients. when he retires…
At the advice of my own dermatologist, I drove all the way from Long Beach to Newport Beach to be seen at Scars Center. The office is beautiful and very well run, and the physicians assistant, Alyssa, was very friendly and professional. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Brought my dad (85) in for his first ever dermatology appt. Dr Aronson was very thorough and explanatory. Answered all our questions. He is patient with the patient. Support staff is great too. My husband and I saw Alyssa Flanders for our yearly exam – second year in a row. She is professional and open to questions. Grateful she is still at the YL location.

Great doctor! Thorough, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I had a scary black spot in my tear trough. He took a good look with a bright light and magnifying glass, and then explained exactly what he saw and why it was not skin cancer. He painlessly froze an actinic keratosis, told me what to expect, what to look for, and when to return. He examined my back, my arms and my legs. He was so patient with all if my many questions. Years ago I went to a Dermatologist who did a completely unnecessary biopsy and left a very ugly scar, so I have been putting this off for years. It was totally worth an hour and a half drive. I would see him again without hesitation.
