Patient is a 37-year-old female, mother of one child via C-section who breastfed. She complained of sagging breasts with loss of fullness and a very saggy abdomen. Her largest breast size during pregnancy and lactation was about a “DD”-cup, and she desires to become a fuller “DD”-cup bra size again without lifts.

She hated her abdomen and she did lose about 45 pounds--her highest weight was about 180 pounds, and her nadir about 139 pounds, and she stabilized at about 140 pounds. She underwent Breast Augmentation with Sientra, 525cc Moderate Profile, textured, round, subglandular, highly-cohesive silicone gel implants as well as Abdominoplasty with removal of about 5 lbs of tissue, Ventral Hernia Repair and Lipoplasty with removal of about 1.5 Liters of fat and is thrilled with her new body!
