Breast Augmentation with Silicone

Patient is a 29-year-old mother who complained of saggy breasts and loss of fullness after having children. She wore a C-cup and desired to be a full “DD”- cup size and chose silicone gel implants. She had mild breast ptosis with some stretch-marks, but did not wish to have the scars of mastopexies. She wanted to return to her fuller shape, similar to when whe was pregnant. She had Natrelle, Smooth, Round, Style 20, High Profile (HP), 550 cc silicone gel implants placed in the Subglandular (above the muscle) position via inframammary incisions.
