Patient is a lovely 40-year-old Hispanic mother of four with prior C-section scar who presented complaining of getting a “botched tummy tuck” done previously by another surgeon in Mexico.

She complained of not being able to fit into any underwear or bathing suit bottoms due to her scar being so high, visible and dark. Her old C-section scar was left in place with fat hanging over it. She did have propensity towards hyperpigmented scar formation, and an allergy to bleaching creams that make her scarring more difficult to treat. She desired a total re-do of her tummy-tuck with liposuction so that she could get into a bikini again. She is thrilled with her new body!
