Breast Augmentation with Saline
Patient is a 33-year-old Hispanic female who complained of small, saggy breasts with loss of volume. She had one child and breastfed. She wore about a small, 34-C cup bra and desired a very full C to small D-cup and chose saline implants. She had Natrelle, high-profile saline implants placed in the “dual-plane” (partial submuscular position)- right filled to 450 cc and left filled to 455 cc saline and is very happy with her natural results.
