Breast Augmentation with Saline

Patient is a 29-year-old Hispanic female with two children who breastfed and complained of small breasts. She wore a B-cup bra and desired to become a full C-cup. She had Mentor, smooth, round, Moderate Plus Profile saline implants, each filled to 400 cc sterile saline, via inframammary incisions placed in the “Dual Plane” (partial submuscular) plane bilaterally. She did not wish to undergo any areolar reduction and she is very happy with her result.
