Patient is a beautiful 52-year-old professional female who complained of large breasts, a protruding stomach with diffuse lipodystrophy despite diet and exercise. She wore about a “DD”-cup bra and desired a C-cup. She was a good candidate for breast reduction surgery.  She also desired abdominoplasty and liposuction of her hips and flanks in the same surgical setting. She underwent a combined Breast Reduction with removal of 502 grams of breast tissue, as well as Abdominoplasty and removal of 1,200 ml total Lipoaspirate from the hips and flanks safely in a single surgery.  She recovered well and is extremely happy with her results!
