Breast revision

Patient is a very thin, young female who had saline implants placed by another surgeon. She presented complaining of severe capsular contractures (hardening), wide cleavage and asymmetry. She desired correction and much larger implants. She had a “Double-Bubble” deformity with drooping of her native breast tissue over the implants as well as Grade IV Capsular Contractures. She underwent Removal of her old Saline implants, Capsulotomies and Placement of larger, 550 cc Silicone gel Implants in the partial Sub-muscular (“Dual Plane”) position with Vertical (“Lollipop”-type) Mastopexies.
