Breast revision

Patient is a 44-year-old female who developed a capsular contracture (hardening) of the left breast after previous submuscular silicone breast augmentation. She desired to be much larger in size (DD-cup size). She underwent Removal of her old 300 cc implants, Capsulectomy of the left breast with Capsulotomies, and Replacements with larger, 600 cc silicone gel implants through the nipple incision.
