Breast Augmentation with lift

Patient is a 29 year-old Caucasian female complaining of small breasts with asymmetry and wide areolas.  She wore about a B-cup bra size and desired to become a full C-cup. She had Mentor, Smooth, Round, High Profile, Silicone Gel Implants placed (275 cc on the Right side and 300 cc on the Left Side) as well as Circumareolar (“Donut”-type) Mastopexies to correct both her asymmetry as well as decrease the size of her nipple/areolas.
