Breast Augmentation with lift

Patient is a 39-year-old Hispanic female who complained of small, saggy breasts with wide nipples, and wanted fuller breasts with smaller areolas. She had bilateral breast ptosis with slight asymmetry (left larger than right) and desired very full, “C”-cup breasts, and would only accept scarring around the nipple. She chose saline implants.  She had Mentor, Smooth, Round, High Profile, Style 3000 Saline Implants filled to 400 cc each, placed in the partial submuscular (“Dual-plane”) as well as circumareolar (“Donut”-type) mastopexies.
