Patient is a lovely 47-year-old, professional female who presented complaining of her sagging breasts after having children, breast-feeding, and undergoing weight-loss. She had about “D-cup”-sized breasts, and desired to have fuller, more perky, uplifted breasts that were proportionate to her curvy figure. She had Natrelle, Style 20, High-Profile, Smooth, Round, Silicone Gel Implants (350cc) placed on each side in the “Dual-Plane” (partial submuscular position) to improve upper pole fullness, as well as Full, “Anchor”-type (“inverted-T”) Breastlifts.
