Breast Augmentation with Saline

Patient is a very pleasant 23-year-old mother who complained of deflated, saggy breasts after childbirth and breastfeeding. She is tall with a thin body habitus and had some stretch-marks. She wanted to beome a very full C-cup to small D-cup breast-size, and she did not mind having a very round shape with a lot of upper pole fullness, and chose saline implants. 

She had Mentor, smooth, round, Moderate Profile Plus (MPP), 300 cc saline implants (each filled to 350 cc) placed in the “Dual-Plane” (partial submuscular) position via inframammary incisions.
