Breast Augmentation with Saline

Patient is a 32-year-old mother of three who breastfed. She complained of small, deflated “A-cup” breasts and desired to become a fuller “C-cup." She had Mentor, Smooth, Round, High-Profile Saline Implants placed in the “Dual-Plane” (Partial Sub-muscular) position via lower, peri-areolar incisions. The right side was filled to 350 cc and the left side filled to 370 cc sterile saline for improved symmetry.
