Breast Augmentation with Saline
Patient is a very pretty, tall and thin 29-year-old mother of two who breastfed and complained of small breasts. She wore a double-A-cup bra and desired to become a full C-cup. She had Natrelle, Smooth, Round, Style 68 High Profile saline implants, each filled to 400 cc sterile saline, placed in the “Dual-Plane” (Partial Submuscular Position) through peri-areolar incisions.
