Breast Augmentation with Silicone

Patient is a 58 year-old lady who complained of drooping breasts with loss of fullness.  She wore about a B-cup bra size and desired to become a very natural-appearing C-cup.

She had Mentor, Smooth, Round, High-Profile 400 cc Silicone Gel implants placed in the “Dual-Plane” (Partial Submuscular) position through inframammary incisions.
