Breast Augmentation with Silicone
Patient is a 40-year-old Hispanic mother of 4 who breastfed. She complained of small, sagging A/B-cup breasts and desired to become a fuller, perkier “C-cup” and chose silicone gel implants. She underwent Breast Augmentation with Natrelle, Inspira, 485cc SRF (over-filled) smooth, round implants in the subglandular plane via inframammary incisions and is very happy with her new breasts!
