Breast Augmentation with Silicone

Patient is a 29 year-old female who desired larger, fuller breasts.  She wore about a 36-A-cup bra.  She had 3 children, all of whom she breastfed.  After extensive consultation, she had expressed a desire for silicone implants with a volume around 300 cc to give her a full “B” to small C-cup that remained proportionate to her thin chest and petite body-habitus. 

She had Mentor, smooth, round, High-Profile Silicone Gel 300 cc implants placed in the “Dual-plane” (partial submuscular) position via lower, peri-areolar incisions per her preference.  Her inverted nipples were corrected as well.
