Breast revision

Patient is a 38-year-old mother of two who presented complaining of old saline implants with acquired asymmetry and poor shapes. She had original Saline Breast Augmentation performed in 2001 and “thinks they were around 300 cc”. She wore about a C-cup and desired to become a fuller D-cup with improved symmetry and shapes but without any mastopexies. She underwent Breast Revision with Removal of her old, 300 cc saline implants, Medial Pectoralis Muscle Releases, Pocket Revisions and Replacements with Natrelle, Style SRF (ultra full) 485 cc, Smooth, Round, Highly-Cohesive Silicone Gel Implants. She is now very happy with her full and symmetric D-cup breasts that feel extremely natural!
