Breast revision

Patient is a tall, broad, 50 year-old female with an old, ruptured right silicone implant and Grade IV Capsular Contractures (severe hardening) of the breasts who desired removal, replacements and correction.  She had Removal of her old implants as well as silicone granulomas, Total Capsulectomies, and Replacements with larger, 750 cc silicone gel implants.
