Breast revision

Patient is a beautiful 41-year-old fitness coach who had Silicone Breast Augmentation performed by another surgeon in 2010. The original surgeon placed Natrelle, 440 cc HP gel implants in the dual-plane. Then she awoke one morning 7 years later with her left breast completely swollen with no inciting event or trauma or infection then developed a Grade IV capsular contracture. She was from LA but only wanted to see me since I operated successfully on her mother-in-law. She underwent Complex Breast Revision with Evacuation of Left Hematoma, Pocket Revisions with “Popcorn Capsulotomies” then Replacements with the Sientra, Textured, Round MP Gels- 650 cc on the Right side and 575 cc on the Left side.
