Breast revision

Patient is a lovely 35 year-old who had primary silicone breast augmentation done in La Jolla in 2006 and complained of being “not full or round enough” and “did not look perky”. She wanted to stay a perky “DD-cup size. On exam, she had superior displacement of her nipples with malposition.
