Breast revision

Patient is an active, 64 year-old healthy female with history of 26 year-old, Ruptured. Subglandular Silicone Implants, Grade IV Capsular Contractures (severe hardening), and Ptosis with “Double-Bubble Deformities” who desired Replacement Implants and full Correction.

She underwent Removal of her Old, Ruptured Silicone Implants, Capsulectomies

and Partial Submuscular Replacements with 450 cc Silicone Gel Implants

and Bilateral “Inverted-T” (Anchor-type) Mastopexies.
