Patient is a 29-year-old Caucasian female, mother of two children who breastfed. She complained of small, saggy breasts with loss of fullness.  She wore about a B/C-cup and desired a full D-cup. She chose the Sientra, highly-cohesive gel “gummy-bear” implants.  Due to her mild ptosis and desire not to have a lift as well as preference for a larger size, she had Sientra, high-profile, textured, round, silicone gel implants with a volume of 505 cc placed  in the subglandular plane via inframammary incisions.
