Patient is a 27-year-old Caucasian female, fit marine who complains of a “bulging lower abdomen” that "never goes away" despite diet and exercise. She has no children and does not desire to ever have children. She also desired a more “cut” look and wanted liposuction done to her upper abdomen, waist, hips and flanks in the same surgical setting. She underwent Mini-Abdominoplasty with Power-Assisted Liposuction of her upper abdomen, waist, hips and flanks via the “SAFE”-technique to further define and sculpt her shape with excellent result!
