Patient is a pleasant and healthy 42-year-old Asian RN who complained of small A/B-cup breasts and desired fuller C/D-cup breasts. She chose the Sientra brand of silicone gel implants and we used the “true texture” surface to help protect against capsular contracture. She also complained of her fatty stomach with rolls and she desired a flatter tummy and slimmer shape. She underwent Breast Augmentation with Sientra, 565 cc, Textured, Round Highly-Cohesive Silicone Gel Implants and Total Abdominoplasty with removal of over 2 ½ lbs of tummy tissue as well as 1.8 Liters of Lipoplasty out and is thrilled with her new body!
