Patient is a lovely 32-year-old mother of two who breastfed. She complained of sagging breasts with loss of fullness and desired fuller DD-cup breasts and did not wish to undergo mastopexies at this time. She also complained of her flabby abdomen and desired a flatter tummy and slimmer shape so she can fit into normal dresses. She underwent Sientra Breast Augmentation with Natrelle, Inspira (ultra-full) 695 cc Silicone Gel Implants in the Subglandular Plane as well as Total Abdominoplasty with removal of about 5 lbs of tummy tissue and Lipoplasty with removal of about 1.6 liters of fat and is thrilled with her new body and shape!
