Patient is a lovely 44-year-old mother of three who breastfed. She also recently lost 50 lbs and complained of saggy, “DD-cup” breasts and desired fuller, perkier “DD-cup" breasts. She also had history of a spinal fusion at age 12 and had a very long, oblique scar along her left trunk and thus was not a candidate for full tummy-tuck due to perfusion and healing issues. She underwent Breast Augmentation with differing Sientra, Textured, Round Silicone Gel (“gummy-bear”) implants (505 cc HP on Right and 535 cc HP on Left) with Vertical (“Lollipop”) Mastopexies and Mini-Abdominoplasty with Lipoplasty of her Abdomen, Waist, Hips & Flanks and she is thrilled with her new body shape!
