Patient is a lovely 61-year-old Caucasian female, mother of two children who complained of sagging breasts with loss of fullness after childbirth and breastfeeding. She wore about a B-cup bra and desired to become a very full “C”-cup size. She desired a very natural look and feel of her breast implants. She had Sientra, highly-cohesive, 440 cc Textured, High Profile silicone gel implants placed in the subglandular plane. She also complained of abdominal fat, laxity, and fat that hung over an old, pfannesteil scar from previous surgery for ectopic pregnancies.
