Patient is a 39-year-old Hispanic female, mother of two who complained of small breasts with deflation after breastfeeding. She wore about a B-cup bra and desired a full C-cup size that looked soft and natural. She worked out a lot and complains of persistent fat particularly of her lower abdomen and flanks despite good diet and consistent exercise. She underwent Breast Augmentation with Sientra, Moderate Profile, Textured, Highly-Cohesive Silicone Gel Implants (285 cc on the Right Side and 255 cc on the Left Side) in the Subglandular Plane as well as Power-Assisted Liposuction of the Abdomen, Waist, Hips and Flanks (a total of 2.125 liters of lipoaspirate was removed).
