Patient is a 49 year-old Caucasian female who complained of loss of fullness of her breasts after having one child and breastfeeding as well as small breasts. She wore about an A-cup and desired a “Full C-cup”. She chose the Sientra, highly-cohesive gel (“gummy-bear”) implants. She was very fit, but complained of a small flap of skin and fat of her lower abdomen after undergoing C-section and hysterectomy surgeries. It fell over clothing and she wanted to get rid of the excess tissue and tighten up the area. She underwent breast augmentation in the subglandular plane with the new, Sientra, Textured, Round Silicone Gel Implants (435 cc each side) as well as Mini-Abdominoplasty with Exparel Rectus Fascial Injection to prevent postop pain and she is very happy with her results!
