Patient is a lovely 47-year-old mother who presented complaining of her sagging abdomen and breasts after childbirth and massive weight-loss of 65 pounds after laparoscopic gastric-bypass surgery in 2007. She exercised regularly and had a stable weight for several months before surgery. She wanted to improve the contour of her abdomen that remained saggy due to excess skin and hated the “folds." She underwent Total Abdominoplasty with Rectus Muscle plications and Pain-pump placement for improved postop pain-control and comfort.
